Our digital products need no shipping and can be accessed and downloaded after the successful checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Our products (downloadable software products) are non-returnable and non-refundable items once they are bought and downloaded. As soon as you buy items in our shop you're accepting our return & refund policy and you confirm being informed about the non-returnable nature of our digital goods.
Non-returnable items
All products we offer in our shop are digital items with an immediate download and instant access to your files. Due to the nature of digital items we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges since these items can not be returned compared to a physical good. That is why it is our main goal to help you make the most out of your purchase and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to let us know so we can assist you in the best way possible. We can support you with technical questions regarding our products if needed. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
- Please check the software requirements carefully before you buy and make sure that you are (to a certain extend) familiar with the required software. We recommend basic knowledge of Photoshop (desktop version) for most of our products. Some products are compatible with other software. You will find all information about software requirements in the product description. Complex products also come with a tutorial that guides you through the process. As much as we love to assist you, we won’t be able to issue a refund if you do not have access to the required software or will not be able to use it accordingly.
- Because digital items can not be returned, we will not be able to issue a refund if you bought an item by accident or changed your mind after purchase.
- If something goes really really wrong, please contact us within two days of purchase and let us know you need a refund. Please also inform us about the refund reason.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests on rare occasions where we feel the policy is being abused.
- We will always play fair and have faith in our loyal community of amazing customers. We know you’ll do the same and we are sure that together we can resolve your issue.

Exceptions
If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately i so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For troubleshooting or product related questions, please read the FAQs first.
Cooling off period
No cooling-off period applies in respect of any product and or service ordered via the website, as the information ordered and delivered to you by ANA & YVY cannot, by its nature, be returned. Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, you may cancel the order prior to delivery.
