As soon as you purchase one of our products you receive a editorial usage license for the particular product. 

The purchase includes a editorial license which covers the common usage of mockups for a small business. You are allowed to use the files for editorial commercial presentation to display your own work or your clients work without giving credit in one brand per license. 

• You may use the files after adding your design for personal and commercial editorial purpose. 
• You can edit the images as you wish for presentation purpose if needed.
• You can use the prepared files on your website and social media without any credit.
• You can use the files on one clients project per license without any credit but still with the general restrictions of the general terms as long as the project is in line with our general commercial license restriction. Reselling our mockups, parts of it or modified versions in any way or form is prohibited.  
• You can use the files for e-books, PDFs, presentations, worksheets. However, images must be flattened as part of the design (so they can not be extracted) and must not be the main component of the product/download. To clarify, whether free or offered as an end product for sale, it is not allowed to use the images themselves (even if they’ve been edited) as the download.
• You can use the images and mockups in an unlimited amount of time for personal projects but still with the general restrictions of the general terms.
• You can use the images and mockups for digital commercial editorial presentation in one personal, individual or licensee owned and managed company social media account. A separate license is required for each brand even if you're the brands run under the same owner or are connected to each other. No limit on the number of impressions. 
• You can use the images for physical advertisement in a local market within the borders of a single nation/country.

• You’re not allowed to redistribute the files, resell, give away, incorporate, bundle it in products for sell, loan, spread for downloading, used in a product offered for sale when the item contributes to the core value of the product is being sold in any way. 
• You’re not allowed to claim the images as your own. STYKKE STUDIO™ owns the copyright and original right to every single file. By purchasing a license you agree to follow our terms and license restrictions. 
• You’re not allowed to use the images to promote or sell other stock photography or mockups, services, competing services or resources as if they where part of it. 
• You’re not allowed to use any of our products to promote illegal activity, pornography or spread negative messages without any exception. 
• Implementation in apps, software or digital products for sale is not covered by the license. 
• You may not use the items for more than one brand per license. 
• You're legally not allowed to incorporate, implement or feed our copyright work into AI tools, applications nor programs of this kind. We generally do not permit our work or parts of it to be used for machine learning or training of neural network models, including generative AI models.

Can we share the mockups or products purchased from Stykke Studio™ with our influencers and / or affiliates?

• If you work with influencers or affiliates you can share a flattened version with your artwork already inside and should not allow a third person to access the original or variations of the original to be used in or for another context.
• The affiliate / influencer can use the flattened composition to promote your program or brand only.
• The affiliate / influencer is not allowed to use the files for the purpose of promoting their own brand, business or work.
• If the displayed work is owned by the influencer and / or affiliate, the provided images can be used in context with the license owner's affiliate or cooperation purpose only.
