RATIO / SIZE:
You can place the following ratio of your artwork in the vertical ( or horizontal) paper mockup: DIN A (which is close to 5:7). Since the print is partially covered by the printer itself you can also use some of the mockups for shorter artwork like 4:5 if you manually place it on the bottom or top of the smart object.
